EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

The exchange or return of products can be carried out within 07 (seven) calendar days, counting from the receipt of the products, without any additional cost to the Consumer.

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with any accessories included and the invoice. 

We will exchange or offer a refund based on the original payment method. 

If it is necessary to exchange and/or return products purchased on sale, the amount considered will be that paid for the product by the Consumer, and not its original value.

In addition, please note the following: the following products, as they are immediate consumption products, are not eligible for return: Digital Photos, Online Courses.

WARRANTY

The exchange of products that present a fault or manufacturing defect may be carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, after receipt of the products, pursuant to article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code.

The product must be returned together with any accessories and the invoice. All returned products undergo an analysis, which may take up to 30 (thirty) business days. The product intended for exchange and/or refund of the amount paid will only be authorized after approval. If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

For the exchange/return, you must pack it in a box that adequately protects it against damage, go to the nearest post office and request shipping with the postage authorization code received by email.

IMPORTANT: If you do not use the authorization within 7 days, it will lose its validity and it will not be possible to issue a new code. Along with the product, you must also send a copy of the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice) corresponding to this purchase.

In the event that the payment has been made by means of a Credit Card, the refund will be made on the credit card itself, and will be viewed by the Consumer within up to 02 (two) invoices after completion of the return, which may vary according to the card's expiration date. Payment of products made by means of a Bank slip, the Consumer will be reimbursed by means of a deposit in the current account of the holder of the order, within the period informed by e-mail, counted from the completion of the return.

The products Digital Photos and Online Courses, by  are products of immediate consumption, are provided without warranty of any kind. 

Without limiting this previous one, Surfing Pro LTDA. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, relating to the service including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, Surfing Pro LTDA. makes no warranty or representation that access to or operation of the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. You assume complete responsibility and risk for your use of files, information, content or other material obtained from the Service.

You acknowledge that you have read these terms of use, understand the terms of use, and will be bound by these terms of use. Additionally, you acknowledge that this Exchange and Return Policy and the Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy represent the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between us and that it supersedes any prior oral or written proposal or agreement and any other communication between us concerning the subject of this agreement.

Although we respect all proportions on the website, the color, brightness and contrast settings vary according to the model and calibration of the monitors. If your monitor is correctly adjusted, your product will be the same as seen on the website.
